Several Pinz owners reported broken lower bolts on the shocks and sometimes on the limiting straps. A conversion to different shocks seems to increase the problem. This problem must have been known to SDP as later models had a modified attachement and a modification instruction was issued.

Rear bolts for the 710 are M16x395 and it was reported that an M16x290 does fit the rear of the 712 too.
This modification can be found in newer spare part manuals. Version 1 uses two bolts, one from each side whereas version 2 only uses one long (hardened!) bolt and a nut. You have to drill through the thread(s) to get the new long bolts go through.
