Headlight Adjustment

Models: ALL, Years: ALL

The headlight adjustment can be found in the owners manual but some may not have the manual, may not be able to read it or have problems to “inrepret” what’s shown there.......

1. With your Pinz parked 5m (197”) from the wall on level ground, measure the height at your bulb center, then transfer that measurement to the wall with a horizontal line. (H)

...I use black electrical tape to mark the wall, easy to remove when done.

2. Transfer the centerline of your Pinz to the wall and mark it.

3. Measure the distance from this centerline on your Pinz outward to the center of each bulb, transfer that distances to the wall with a vertical line. (B1 & B2)

4. Calculate 10% of H. Mark this on your wall with a horizontal line BELOW line H. This indicates your inflection. (P)

Ideally, the center point of each light can now be identified on your 'adjustment wall', as well as your inflection points for each bulb. When adjusted, your low beams should be centered where your vertical 'B' lines cross your horizontal 'P' line. High beams should be centered where your 'B' lines cross your horizontal 'H' line.

Note that on the 2nd pic the inflection line is identified as "H - 10%" because there was more room for it that way when editing the picture. The important thing is the inflection be 10% below the H line (horizontal centerline)
