Terminal Numbering

Automobile Electric Terminal Numbers According to DIN 72552

For almost every contact in a car there is a number code to standardize the wiring. These numbers are defined in DIN 72552 (DIN = Deutsche Industrie Norm = German Industrial Standard).

This table gives most frequently used numbers. Not all are applicable to the Pinzgauers (710/712/716/718) but they are shown for completeness.
